Audrey has headed up Wilbury for over 10 years and dedicates herself to providing an outstanding home from home to all of its residents and the best happy work place for her dedicated team of staff. She has a very easy going, reassuring and friendly manor whilst being able to cater for everyone’s individual needs.
Josie has dedicated her life to caring for the elderly and specialises in dementia care. She is a great listener and puts needs of residents at the heart of everything she does. She is fun loving and compassionate.
Clare has an amazing work ethic and prides herself on being able to provide a person centered approach to every individual she works with. She is very dedicated and always willing to go the extra mile.
Barbara has a very bright and cheerful personality. Nothing ever seems to phase her. She adds a calming influence in difficult situations and loves caring for residents, helping them to feel comfortable and safe.
Dale is very caring and very much enjoys her work. She gets on well with all residents and staff and is always prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
Kathy loves cleaning! Everything needs to be shining and up to standard for her to be happy. She goes out of her way to do what is best for each resident and there is nothing that she would not do to help if she can.
Chloe has worked in care for many years and she particularly loves chatting to residents and looking after their every need.
Robert has a passion for food and enjoys being able to provide meals for all the residents as well as catering any special requirements or requests.
Sarah has over 20 years of care experience. She is very caring and prides herself in giving her best to the residents. She is proactive at trying to improve everything possible for residents and the care home.
Carly has a very caring, friendly and professional manor. She is always there for the residents, helping them with all their needs.
Izabela has worked in care homes for many years. She loves cleaning and making things look just right. She is very warm and friendly and has a very infectious smile!
Linda is an amazing cook. Simple, tasty food with a sprinkle of her magical fairy dust! She loves making everyone happy with her wonderful food!
Sarah makes great food! She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is being well fed and looked after.
